Conditions for changing a package/cancelling a subscription
- The automatic renewal of payment, and consequently the extension of the Subscription Package for the next period, can be modified or canceled by the User no later than 48 hours before the start of the next subscription period.
- Users can change their Subscription Package or cancel their subscription by completing the Subscription Package Change/Cancellation Request Form (hereinafter referred to as the Request).
This form is available in the Subscriber’s personal account. You can access your account by clicking the corresponding button on the top panel of the website or by following the link: [https://kogarthub.eu/account-login](https://kogarthub.eu/account-login).
If the User does not cancel their subscription within the specified time, the service will terminate on the date indicated in the Request. Otherwise, the service will be extended for subsequent subscription periods. The Service Provider will notify the User each time about the automatic renewal of the ordered subscription when the User opts for periodic payments, subject to the aforementioned conditions.
If the conditions for changing the package or canceling the subscription outlined above are not met, payments will not be refunded.
